Overhang

Features

Sends and sets. One log.

Sends, sets, hangs, progress — the full log for climbers who train.

Climbing

0108

Log climbs, not paragraphs.

Tap a grade. Pick a result. Done.

Font or V-scale. Flash, send, attempt — the three outcomes that actually matter.

Faster than a notebook. Leaner than a spreadsheet. Sharper than memory.

Strength

0208

Structured workouts between climbs.

Templates, rest timer, and the fields each movement needs — nothing more.

Pull-ups, dips, front lever, muscle-ups, deadlifts — logged beside your climbs. Reps, weight, duration, edge size: only the inputs each exercise uses. Calisthenics holds and barbell lifts share the same log. Custom exercises and templates when the defaults fall short.

Built-in templates: Pull, push, legs, core, conditioning, mobility. Rest timer runs on its own between sets.

Hangboard

0308

Built for the crimps you actually use.

The protocols climbers run — not a generic timer app.

Edge size in millimeters, logged per set. Weight added, tracked separately from bodyweight.

Protocols: Max Hangs, repeaters, Abrahangs / no-hangs, the Max Lift Test — each with the fields it needs.

Progress

0408

See what's working.

A recap when you log. Charts when you want the trend.

Every session ends in a recap: every set, total volume, and a NEW BEST for each number you beat, old value struck through. Climbing closes on tops, max grade, and the session’s own pyramid.

Per-exercise charts: e1RM, volume, heaviest set, max reps, duration. Every best tracked automatically.

Grade pyramid: how many problems at each grade.

30-day activity timeline: how often you train, at a glance.

Design

0508

Designed for chalky hands.

For sweaty skin, tired hands, and two-second glances between sets.

Large touch targets. Big enough to hit with shaky hands.

Swipe, scroll. Bottom-anchored actions, in thumb reach. No precise tapping. Readable at arm’s length. OLED black.

Less time on the phone. More time on the wall.

Lock Screen

0608

Train without watching the screen.

Live Activity, Dynamic Island, and cues you can hear from the wall.

Every timed run — hangboard, mobility, holds inside a workout, the Max Lift Test — shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: work or rest countdown, the grip or hold you’re on, sets done. The countdown carries its phase in color — green working, amber on the get ready, red resting. Climbing sessions and workouts get the same card: session clock, and what you’ve logged so far.

Sound cues call every change: 3-2-1 into the hang, a note when work starts, another when rest ends, a chime at the finish. They keep sounding with the phone locked or in your pocket. One toggle turns them off.

Chalk up and pull. The phone keeps time.

Defaults

0708

Opinionated, with strong defaults.

Sensible choices baked in. One setup screen, already filled in.

Good defaults beat endless settings. Grade system and weight unit come prefilled from your locale — keep them or flip them once. The rest timer comes set; change it once, or turn it off.

You train. The app stays out of the way.

Privacy

0808

Offline by default. Private by design.

Your data lives on your phone. Nowhere else.

All data lives on-device. No account. No cloud sync. No analytics. No trackers.

The app works in airplane mode, at a remote crag, in a basement gym, anywhere a climber trains.

Your training is your business.
